I joined Web3 world in 2016 when I was trading. Then I became a designer for crypto and CFD brokers. Over 2 years I have developed different products for them. The next stage was a big boom for NFTs, so I designed a few projects and then joined a metaverse “Alien Worlds”. I worked with it for over 2 years and this game gained an Award as “Best Crypto Game of the Year”.

It is very big amount of processes but in 2 words - every project is divided on milestones. Typically, design takes 5 milestones.
1. Alignment - communication with client to define main direction of the project;
2. Discovery - exploring business requirements and market;
3. UX - ideation and building a solutions (testing the low fidelity prototypes);
4. UI - when logic is ready, it is time for making product pretty and prepare design system;
5. Responsive - adapt designs to different screen sizes

There was a startup project where we had a tight deadline due to wrong management expectations and processes. Despite the pressure, I remained calm and focused, collaborating closely with the team to streamline the design process. By reprioritizing tasks and making quick decisions, we were able to deliver the project on time without strong compromising of the quality.

Collaboration is essential to successful design projects. I have a business degree, so I have a strong understanding that business is a like a huge organism where you are an important part of it. It is like, impossible for human to live without a lunges. Only when all organs are functioning as clock, then it is possible to take business to new level

Yes, it is a typical situation for early stage startups.

One challenging project involved redesigning a complex ship tracking application with conflicting stakeholder priorities, young market and lack of knowledge about shipment business model. To overcome this, I explored internet to understand the logic behind ship tracking processes, facilitated workshops to align stakeholder on project goals and design patterns, conducted research to identify pain points, and iteratively tested prototypes to validate design decisions. By open communication and collaboration, we were able to successfully deliver a solution that met both user needs and business objectives.

Strengths
My strengths lie in my ability to blend creativity with analytical thinking to design solutions that not only look great but also help business to generate profit.

Weaknesses
My leads helped me to notice that sometimes, I can get overly invested in the details of a design, which may lead to spending too much time on minor elements. However, I've learned to balance this tendency by focusing on the overall user experience and business priorities.

In my experience, open communication and empathy are key to resolving conflicts. Most conflicts arise from fear of discussing a problem or different points of view. As a designer, I can take someone else's side and understand the other side's point of view, which allows me to see multiple ways to resolve any conflict.

I stay motivated by seeing how my work help to increase the life level of my family. I also find inspiration in exploring design communities and seeing the impact of my work on users' lives.
